A
full 100% refund is due to the customer if cancellation
occurs prior to 14 days before the reserved date(s) or
for any cancellation resulting from double-booking
errors, mechanical problems, inclement weather
(captain's discretion) or other act of God. No
refund is due to the customer if the customer cancels
less than 14 days before the reserved booking date(s).
Customer will be charged full charter amount, plus any
tax and gratuity, if cancelled less than 12 hours prior
to booked date. 18% Gratuity required on all
charters. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO LEAVE A LARGER TIP IF SO DESIRED All fish, except trophies, are property
of Striker-1.
